✅ Standard Luggage Allowance

• Each passenger may bring:

  • 1 suitcase (up to 23kg)

  • 1 carry-on bag (up to 7kg)

This allowance is in line with most airline baggage policies.

🎒 Additional or Oversized Luggage

• Extra items such as surfboards, prams, golf clubs, or musical instruments must be declared at the time of booking.

• Oversized items may require a larger vehicle or additional charges.

• Please contact us in advance so we can allocate the right vehicle for your needs.

👶 Baby & Child Equipment

• Baby seats and boosters are provided free of charge on request.

• Prams and strollers count as one piece of luggage each.

🧳 Group Bookings

• For groups, luggage space is allocated based on the number of passengers booked.

• If you are travelling with excess baggage, please let us know so we can arrange a larger vehicle.

🚫 Items Not Allowed

For safety reasons, the following items cannot be transported:

• Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, fireworks, etc.)

• Illegal substances

• Live animals (except approved service animals)

• Our drivers are happy to assist with loading and unloading luggage.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is correctly packed, labelled, and secured.

• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage once it has been offloaded at the destination.
