1. Bookings

• All bookings must be confirmed via our website, phone, or email.

• Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

• A valid contact number and email address must be provided at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Fares are fixed at the time of booking unless changes are made to pickup/drop-off locations.

• Payments can be made online, or directly to the driver (cash or card), unless otherwise arranged.

3. Pickup & Drop-off

• Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup point at the scheduled time.

• Airport pickups are from designated pickup points at Sydney Airport (see our Pickup Points page).

• Drop-offs are made at the airline’s departure terminal entrance unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delays & Flight Monitoring

• We monitor flight arrivals to adjust pickup times where possible.

• If a flight is significantly delayed and no drivers are available, we may need to cancel the booking — in which case we will notify you immediately.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details.

• No-shows are charged at 100% of the fare.

• Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 3–5 business days.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring correct booking details (flight number, time, pickup address).

• Passengers must ensure they have adequate time to travel to the airport (we recommend allowing extra time during peak traffic hours).

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. While our drivers assist with loading/unloading, we are not liable for lost or damaged items.

7. Child Safety

• Child and baby seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify at the time of booking.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for securing children in the provided seats.

8. Conduct & Safety

• For the safety of all passengers, seatbelts must be worn at all times.

• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted in any of our vehicles.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk.

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Maximum liability for any claim arising from our service shall not exceed the fare paid.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Current Version is Updated on 21/08/2025 at 11:14 AM.
